Sometimes we can feel overwhelmed by our busy thoughts. This mindfulness meditation helps you to learn how to bring your attention to your present moment felt sense experience. We focus on bringing mindfulness awareness to the feet and belly breathing. When we do this we can begin to see the thoughts as clouds just passing through the sky and our attention doesn't get as hooked on them.
