First thing in the morning and evening it is wonderful to become established in your own love. Most people think that love is based on an experience such as being somewhere you love, or with a person, or something, that you love. However, that love is changing so it is really just attachment which is called raag in the yogic system. That attachment will always turn to dwash, or aversion, unhappiness, when you are not with the object of your love or can't have it as you like it. This meditation focuses you on the heart chakra, the center of your own true love, that is pure, free, and forever shining as the true love that can never leave you.
