This morning meditation will help you connect with the magic of the mermaid and all its wonder. Lightly close your eyes, and let the world gently gather inward. Now, breathe. And, as you exhale, imagine your breath forming dozens of tiny bubbles in the blue sea. Take another breath, and as you do, become aware of being underwater, breathing with ease.
