Walking meditation is a form of mindfulness practice that involves taking a slow, deliberate walk while focusing on the sensations of the body and the surrounding environment. Please note - there are periods of silence in this meditation to allow deeper mindful practice. If you prefer gentle background music to fill these silences, please choose the “with music” version. Once you are familiar with the concept, you can pause the track if you wish longer pauses in-between instructions.
