The morning is a time of new beginnings. It's a time to set the tone for the day & come into the world with an open heart and mind. The new day is fresh and full of possibilities. Breathwork is a powerful tool that can help us get through our day more easily. It can help us stay calm & grounded in the face of stress or anxiety. In this meditation, we will focus on preparing ourselves for a great day. We will start by greeting the new day & then move on to breathwork exercises that will help us stay positive & open to whatever comes our way.
