This morning meditation will help you to become more aware of all the different feelings, emotions, and sensations you have in your body at all times. Just by sitting quietly for a few minutes with me, you learn to feel ok with were ever it is that you are, it is all ok. It is best to do this meditation regularly to help you to feel completely comfortable with the constantly changing world within yourself!
