Feel yourself letting go of stress, letting go of tension, and just completely relaxing. Now, see if you can imagine, walking along the beach, in the pre-dawn hours, with the moon, Mother Luna, still shining her light on the waves and sand. And, as you walk along the shore, you feel a sense of protection coming from the moon, as she lights your way.
