This morning meditation will help you feel the love of the mother reaching out to you, touching your heart, protecting you, and loving you. Close your eyes, and breathe. Just breathe gently and softly. Breathe in pure relaxation. Continue breathing, and letting your body, relax, feel comfortable, and feel safe. Now, imagine, if you can, a brilliant, silver moon, illuminating the world, with a protective glow.
