Tonight’s no more nightmares meditation will help guide your mind away from the nightmares and into a peaceful dreamland, so you can sleep. JOURNAL PROMPTS: Before Bed: Write down any anxieties or worries you may be feeling right now. When you’re done writing, write this at the end: I release all these worries as I surrender to sleep tonight. What’s one thing that’s made you laugh recently? In the Morning: Write down 3 things you’re grateful for this morning. Write a brief description of what is in this present moment. The sun is shining. I am breathing. I am safe inside my apartment. (Staying fully present to what is helps us release anxieties we may feel about what could be or what has already happened).
