Our intuitions are sent to us through the unconscious mind, which filters it before sending it to us. This is why our intuitions can sometimes become distorted - if the filter no longer fits, or needs cleaning or changing, then they do not arrive completely into consciousness. In this practice, you can relax while your unconscious mind follows the guidance to clean and maintain your intuition filter, making sure that any other safety filters there remain in place. As the process happens unconsciously, you do not need to have conscious answers and in fact, this is an ideal practice to listen to as you fall asleep. Practice regularly for best results.
