Fear of the unknown can often hold us back in life. In this meditation, we work on navigating uncertainty by embracing self-love and optimism. Fear of the unknown comes from the story we tell ourselves. When we have a certain perception of a potential experience, we can judge it and this way of thinking can hold us back from what could potentially be one of the best moments of our lives. What if the unknown isn’t as scary as we are making it out to be? We will take part in a visualization that will help us embrace the unknown and recognize that it may not be as scary as we are making it out to be.
