This guided meditation will help you feel the heaviness lift from you as you breathe in more space. Take a deep breath, and allow yourself to settle. Bring your attention away from your mind, and let it focus on your breath. Follow its path, as the air flows in, and out of you. Reaching a little deeper inside of you with every inhale, and releasing and relaxing you with every exhale. Breathe and relax, breathe and release. Now settle into an easy, gentle rhythm of breathing, as your face softens, your chest opens, and your arms and legs melt.
