Gather yourself, And, slowly go inside, Letting your breath guide you, Letting your muscles release, Letting stress dissolve. Now, breathe in, And, focus on grounding yourself. Notice your feet as they touch the floor, Or your body as the bed presses against it. Feel yourself grounded and connected.
