Protecting your energy is an important aspect of personal health. If you are someone who is super nice to everyone all the time then that behavior can often be taken advantage of. It's OK not to give your energy to people who may take advantage of you. Sometimes we don't even recognize that people are draining us of our energy and sometimes we don't even know that we are being overly nice. This session is all about self-awareness and learning how to gain respect by being more self-preserving. Protecting your energy is not a selfish thing, it is a vital part of staying healthy.
