This morning meditation will help you breathe in and feel the warmth of the fire reaching into you and relaxing you. Find a comfortable space, and connect with yourself. Become aware of how your body feels. And how your mind feels. Now, breathe into any part of your being that needs your Love and attention. Just breathe. And while you’re breathing, visualize sitting by a warm, gently crackling fire, curled up with some cinnamon coffee or hot chocolate.
