This morning meditation will help you find a purpose that guides you like a compass, a purpose that gives you strength. Close your eyes, and breathe into yourself. Allow any tension to just melt away. And, as you breathe, see if you can visualize standing out in the rain– a summer rain shower. Let yourself feel the raindrops as they touch your skin. And while standing in the rain, you notice it getting harder and louder for a minute. Just let yourself feel it.
