There are times when we have trouble sleeping. We feel like our mind is distracted, or we have a lot of thoughts that we can't stop thinking and we have a hard time concentrating, or maybe we have a problem or worry that won't leave us alone. Or perhaps we have a lot of energy, in our mind or our head, this is all normal and natural.
