In this session, we will be talking about how to recognize your strengths so that you can tap into them to propel you forward. All of us have talents, skills, or strengths that we either don’t recognize or take for granted. Sometimes we may take them for granted because they seem to just be a part of who we are. We’ve always had them, they come easy or they seem common. We tend not to recognize them because we may not have an opportunity to use them frequently enough to even notice that they are there.
