We can sometimes feel so lost in our mind, so caught up in thoughts that we completely disconnect from our body. When we can begin to bring our awareness back into the body it can help to break the unhelpful thought cycles, it can help you to feel more grounded and present. It can also help you tap into your intuition and connect with who you really are. Please note: If you are struggling with your mental health it's really important to seek professional help.
