A major part of grounding is relaxing the body. Whenever we're distracted in thought, there will be an associated tension in the body. In this simple practice, we will spend some time relaxing and settling. Whenever we're distracted, we will simply come back to the body and allow it to relax, which will naturally begin to free up the thinking mind.
