This morning meditation will help you reflect on the seasons and how each season brings its energy to you. Breathe, and go inward to your quiet place inside. Keep breathing, and let yourself just relax, just feel at peace. Enjoy it. Now, imagine, if you can a scene from winter. Tall tree branches, bare and spiking toward the sky. A gray aura gently wrapped around the world. A chill is embedded in the air. And, yet, there is a restfulness about the world, a quiet peace.
