In this meditation, I will be teaching you how to take care of yourself. When we are in good shape, not only physically but mentally we can allow taking care of our loving others. Many times we hear on planes that if something happens during the journey you should put the mask on yourself first so you can be 'OK' to help others, and this could not be more true.
