This morning meditation will help you in your communications and how you express your feelings. Just stop and pause. It’s time to take care of yourself. Take in a deep breath, and, as you do, visualize that breath caring for you. Let it bring lightness and calm to all parts of you. Now, take another minute and let yourself visualize your heart. And, as you see your heart, imagine it’s filled with different colors, like each part of the heart has its own color.
