The practice of (Self-study) is truly about accessing the divine through conscious breath and living in the reality of your experience ~ present and attentive to this moment. There is a Sanskrit word for self-study. It is svadhyaya ~ which means, literally, “to recollect (to remember, to contemplate, to meditate on) the Self.” It is the effort to know the Self that radiates the innermost core of your being.
