It is easy to get caught up in thinking and logic, which can be useful but often can create suffering. By using the technique of opposites, we shift out of a thinking orientation and move into feeling and a sense of Being. In neuroscience, this is discussed as moving into the right hemisphere. There are many techniques to do this, and in this meditation, we explore one of those techniques: sensing opposites.
