Welcome to this 15-minute silent sitting meditation. This session is designed to help you develop greater mindfulness and inner peace by sitting in silence and observing your thoughts and feelings without judgment. Throughout this meditation, I will provide minimal voice cues to help you stay on course and remain in a deep meditative state. Find a comfortable place to sit, close your eyes, and take a few deep breaths. Embrace the stillness and tranquility within, gently bringing your focus back to your breath whenever your mind wanders.
