This morning meditation will help you feel peace and simplicity as you walk along the country road. Take a deep breath, and let the cool air of morning fill you. Breathe in and out, until your breath forms a peaceful rhythm and you feel that peace, too. Now, imagine if you can, walking along a country road, a simple dirt road, banked by plush, green grass. As you breathe, you notice the freshness of the air and hints of flowers, trees, and earth, in each breath.
