This is for when we feel overwhelmed and need to get grounded quickly. It’s a simple remedy that we need to follow, mostly using the breath and occasionally some dual-focused awareness. This track is designed to activate the pre-frontal cortex. This has a dampening effect on the amygdala, that part of our brain that activates our state of overwhelm.
