This morning meditation will help you listen to your body as you focus on the peaceful sounds that surround you. Come to your center, gather your thoughts, open your mind, and allow peace to fill you. Focus on the peace within you. And, as you do, open yourself to listening. Begin by listening to your body. Do you hear the gentle rumble of waves in your stomach, the soft whistle of your breath, or the beating of your heart? Just pause and listen.
