This morning meditation will give you permission to take up all the space and focus on you. Find a comfortable spot And settle in. Allow yourself to breathe And relax. And as you’re relaxing, Let go of all The thoughts of the day And the “to-do’s”. Just imagine them Tumbling to the ground Like a waterfall. Now, take a minute And acknowledge That you’re alone. Just you.
