The purpose of this breathwork practice is to release stress and tension by doing a 2-part open mouth connected breath coupled with toning. Deep breathing stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, which is our rest and digestive system. Our heart rate and our blood pressure slow down so we feel calmer in our body and mind.
