This morning meditation will help you listen to the voices of your ancestors. Take a minute to close your eyes and just retreat into yourself. Breathe. And, as you breathe, let go of those thoughts and worries cluttering your mind. See them floating away like tiny balloons. Now, breathe again. And, while you’re breathing, allow yourself to hear a tiny whisper in the air. a whisper of the past. It is the whisper of an ancestor.
