In this breathwork, you will practice taking slower breaths in and out. You will practice breathing in positive qualities for yourself such as kindness, compassion, love, or peace on the inhale. On the exhale, you will visualize who you want to send these positive qualities to. You will practice breathing in for yourself and out for someone else. You will also experience breathing out these for all living beings and bathing yourself in the ocean of compassion.
