This morning meditation will help you give yourself permission to stop and take a break. Draw in a deep breath, and let it flow into your center relaxing you. Draw in another breath, and feel it moving from your center to all your body, bringing relaxation to all of it. Now, permit yourself to safely and comfortably submerge into the ocean. Know that you are warm and comfortable and can breathe with ease.
