This morning meditation will help you open your head and mind to peace and relaxation. Draw in a deep breath, and just let it take over you. Let it extend through your core, and radiate to your arms and legs. Take another breath, and feel as if it opens your head and mind to peace and relaxation. Now, imagine if you can, a beautiful orb dancing in front of you. As it dances, it leaves a light trail with each move it makes.
