This morning meditation will help you let go of all those distracting thoughts and stressors so you can do the things you want to do. Breathe. Pause, and breathe. And, as you breathe, take a moment to let go of all those distracting thoughts and stressors– the ones you’ve been dragging with you. Just let them go. Have you ever had a moment when you thought, “Time is going too quickly? I won’t have time to do all I want to do in life?” If you’ve felt that way, it’s time to refocus. So, take a minute, breathe in deep, and prepare to shift.
