On day 5, you listen to your special friend again, that little voice inside your tummy. The little voice is always there for us, even when we feel hurt. Feeling hurt is a thing on the inside that everyone has sometimes. In the mini-lesson today, high in the sky, you explore "things in kindness". These are kind things that we do for other people. Being kind to other people makes us feel better, and help improves our health too. After, exploring this, you finish with a ride home in the friendly, fluffy, white cloud. It has another word upon its belly. It teaches you another way to experiment with being calm and content.
