Many cultures and societies have been fasting for thousands of years for the many benefits it provides. Our thoughts, too, can have an effect on our bodies. Sometimes we ruminate over things to the detriment of our mental and physical health. Please join me in this exercise on thought fasting to take a break from these thoughts, and allow your mind and body a planned time of rest from these thoughts.
