Tibetan Kangling, Chant And Bells
Ralf Eisend
Sleep Coach & Meditation Teacher
This is an original recording that I made during my travel and research in Tibet for my course "Crossing Tibet", which is also available on Aura. The traditional throat singing, the kangling (bone trumpet), and bells are used for mediation and are well suited for going to sleep, as it puts you in a dreamlike theta state that you encounter in REM sleep. The relaxing effect of music is one of the most inherent functions of this medium. The chant has a stress-reducing potential and lets your thoughts run free.
