Vishnu Temple - Sounds For Deep Sleep

I recorded the sound for today’s sleep meditation at the Chennakeshava Temple, a Hindu temple on the shore of the river. Kaveri, in Somanathapura, South India. Soundfile contains Theta Waves for better sleep. Vishnu is the god of the trinity Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva. Brahma creates our universe, Vishnu preserves it, Shiva purifies and transforms it to create something new.
