We need meditation to show us how to create space within our typically busy mind, for being present and as a practice that leads us within; to attune to the openness and quiet that exists as a deeper aspect of our being. Meditation allows us to soften our minds, to evoke a state of inner kindness that becomes a state of being in which to live. Meditation teaches the practice of knowing the self. For it is here that we create a wondrous life out of care, ease, and presence. Through Meditation, you open yourself to experiencing and living awakened in your life.
