Often times when feeling uncertain and all over the place we have lost our anchor in the physical world. It can feel like we are floating, scattered all over the place. In this meditation, we use questions and answers to anchor ourselves deeper into the present moment. Using Affirmation and positive self-talk we answer the questions: Where am I? Who am I? What do I need?
