Beneath all these thoughts and feelings is a place where everything is peaceful, connected, and calm. Most of us spend most of our time grappling with our problematic thoughts. We even begin to think that these “thoughts” are us! Let’s go a bit deeper and touch this part of us that is part of everything else in the universe. When we go deeper, we feel calm. Why?
