This short guided meditation will help you relax and soothe your body, breath, and mind in no time at all. Simply lie down on your back, or adopt any comfortable and supportive meditative posture, and gently follow along the instructions. We will take four long deep breaths, set our intention, rotate our conscious awareness around the different parts of the body in a short Satyananda-style body scan, count backward from 27 as we witness the breath, and start rapid image visualization before concluding the practice. It will be over before you even realize it, and you will feel refreshed and revitalized in no time at all.
