Let´s practice cultivating compassion for both ourselves and others, recognizing that we're all on a journey of healing and growth. Think of it as developing your emotional 'superpower'—the ability to respond with understanding rather than reactivity. In this yoga nidra practice, we will calm the body and the mind by moving our attention through the whole body (known as body scan). We then visualize cultivating healing energy in our hearts for compassion and self-love.
