This Yoga Nidra meditation will gradually expand your awareness from the physical body into the subtle bodies (maya koshas) and leave you in a state of healing sleep. To begin, prepare your body in a supported sleep position, and follow the sound of my voice as I guide your awareness from point to point in your body. This practice will help you release subconscious emotional stress and tension and will increase the flow of prana (life force energy) through your body and mind.
