This morning meditation will help you focus on yourself and focus on your physical being as you feel the energy of your aura. Focus on yourself. Focus on your physical being, Your mental being. Your emotional being. Your spiritual being. Feel gratitude for all these parts of you. Breathe. And as you breathe, feel all these parts of you coming together, as energy– the energy of your aura. Now, breathe in some more. As you exhale, notice a pink ring of light all around you. Breathe into the light. It is your energy of love and compassion.
