Relax the Body, Calm the Breath, and Focus the Mind. This simple exercise guides you to release tension in the body and assume a comfortable position, deepen the breath, and trust the movements of the breath to be natural and flowing, lastly, we work together in a beautiful concentration on a point of light. Oftentimes, we are not able to take an hour to meditate and refocus, a few minutes can be very helpful, especially if feeling overwhelmed or needing to move from one task to another. This can also serve as a peaceful way to fall asleep. Enjoy your light.
