'A Dangerous Journey' From The Odysee

This Greek myth has been updated to reflect modern day language, as well as, to soften the more austere moments without losing the meaning.. In A Dangerous Journey, Telemachus must find a way to oust a stubborn gang of suitors from his home. They believe his father Odysseus, is no longer alive and want his wife (his mother) to choose one of them as her new mate. Neither Telemachus nor his mother are convinced Odysseus has passed away. Even though it has been several years since he left. Help comes from the Goddess Athena who bolsters Telemachus' courage. She then sets sail with him to discover exactly what has become of Odysseus.
