Advanced Reiki Healing 285 Hz

This session is "advanced" meaning it starts immediately and a meditative state. You should do this session only when you are in a calm, relaxed state. We start at a cool 10 Hz alpha and then rather quickly descend to a deep delta state targeting 1.05 Hz. This frequency is prevalent in the brain when Human Growth Hormone is produced. We use modulated music tuned to the root note of 285 Hz Solfeggio frequency known for its healing properties leading to optimal health and balanced energy.
